THE ROLE

Due to an increasing pipeline of business and a busy calendar moving forwards they are now looking to hire a Head of Audio with a strong background in acoustic principles, system design, mixing console operation and RF planning. Responsibilities will include:

* Being a hands on leader onsite
* Acting as audio lead for the team
* Supporting on wider projects
* Providing training and support to warehouse team members and technicians
* Presenting quotations to clients
* Building and developing client relationships
* Budget management
* Managing logistics across projects
* Liaising with venues

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have broad knowledge of AV kit and an audio bias. You will be confident liaising with clients in order to provide bespoke solutions for their audio requirements.

Due to the nature of the live events industry working hours will be flexible and will include evening and weekend work. Candidates must be open to this and ideally hold a full driving license.
