This dynamic team ensure that each of their events are delivered to the highest standard, whether it's a large scale conference, exhibition, brand activation or international incentive.

This opportunity will provide you with the chance to work across a unique portfolio of events and progress your career within a leading event agency.


Due to increase demand, they are now looking to bring on board an Event Coordinator to assist across their full spectrum of events. You will work closely with internal teams and clients, supporting across UK wide and international events.

Working within a close knit team, responsibilities are broad and will include:

-Supporting across the board on a range of events
-Venue sourcing and liaison
-Ensuring communication of projects
-Delegate registration including managing all delegate correspondence and creating registration websites
-Delegate management
-Supporting with logistics including booking travel and accommodation
-Supplier liaison and management
-Event administration including managing registration email inboxes
-Supporting with budgets including cost tracking
-On-site support when required


Candidates must have had experience within the events industry and ideally have supported on a range of events previously. Experience of managing logistics including travel and accommodation booking as well as liaising with suppliers would be ideal. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. Recent graduates with a year's placement experience will also be considered.
