This fantastic agency create world-class exhibitions and live events for clients all over the world and typically deliver 500+ events per year on an international scale! With a number of offices across the UK and overseas, this organisation work with a range of B2B clients across most industry sectors, from leading brands through to Government departments, and their events include anything and everything, from conferences and exhibitions, through to product launches, brand activations and roadshows.
They are looking for an Event Manager to join their existing team and play an integral part in all aspects of event delivery - both physical and virtual. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your events career within an award winning agency.
Duties will include:
- Planning and delivering events and projects
- Taking briefs from clients
- Managing budgets
- Building and maintaining great client relationships
- Liaising with third party suppliers
- Negotiating contracts
- Conducting risk assessment and analysis of events
- Working closely with the in-house creative team
- Developing project timelines
- Conducting site visits or platform demos for virtual events
- On-site event delivery
- Post event evaluation
The ideal candidate will be a passionate about delivering events and have some experience doing so from either an agency, venue or in house role. You will have the ability to manage multiple events at one time whilst remaining calm under pressure.
