THE COMPANY

This charity support people living with life threatening illnesses, providing unique, unforgettable moments and experiences tailored to each and every individual. Events are a key part of their fundraising and they organise various high profile, large scale events which are attended by big names and companies, especially within the sporting world. The charity are focused on creating quality event experiences to deliver against fundraising targets and spread awareness for their cause!

THE ROLE

This agency are now looking for an Event Manager to join their team, working across a vast array of exciting events. Responsibilities of this position will include;

* End to end management of events, ensuring a high quality event experience
* Strong budget management
* Managing volunteer event committees
* Creating and managing project plans
* Sourcing and managing external suppliers
* Working closely with internal teams
* Contributing to the development of event strategy
* Management of 1 team member
* On site event management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will come from an events background with experience of managing events end to end. This role would also suite someone who is looking to step up into an Event Manager role with strong end to end experience. Candidates must have strong event logistics and supplier management experience.
