This organisation are looking for and Event Logistics Manager to join the events team and take the lead on some of their most prestigious events.
Responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of global events from planning through to delivery
- Managing multiple large scale budgets
- Taking client briefs
- Destination research
- Yearly timeline planning for global events
- Creating event proposals
- Providing event schedules and timelines
- Providing solutions and responses where necessary
- Sourcing suitable venues
- Organising roadshow itineraries and managing roadshow logistics
- Drafting invitation letters
- Overseeing all production
- Booking travel and accommodation
- International travel will be required
The ideal candidate will come from an agency background and must have a strong track record in fast paced, complex logistics management and a good network of contacts. Experience delivering events for UHNWI will be advantageous. You will have strong event management skills and exceptional attention to detail with a "can do" attitude.
