A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Event Project Manager to join a leading agency and help to plan, coordinate and deliver a calendar of live events for an automotive client across the UK.

Now in a stronger position than ever before they have an ever growing client base and have gone from strength to strength over the last 12 months in delivering varied virtual projects.

THE ROLE

Working on a dedicated account, the Senior Project Manager responsibilities will include:

Taking client briefs
To manage the day to day workload of the team and your own project activities
Provide first port of call on operational decisions from the wider team
Mentor and develop more junior members of the team
Resource all live projects both pre-event and onsite
Overseee and support on the delivery of events from start to finish
Managing multiple projects at one time
Creating proposals
Working closely with clients and senior stakeholders
Adhering to tight timescales and deadlines
Negotiating with suppliers
Managing budgets
Preparing event schedules
Onsite delivery

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have proven experience of delivering events from start to finish, ideally experienced in roadshow style and national events from within an agency environment You will be highly organised and a confident communicator both verbally and in writing.
