Job Details
My client, a global Law Firm, is on the hunt for an Event Manager/Co-ordinator for a 6 month contract to work within this small internal events team across a busy period.
As this is a contract, candidates who are available immediately are of greater interest.
as Events Manager/Co-ordinator, you will be working on some of the more juicer events such as networking dinners, partner away days, parties, cocktail receptions as well as hospitality, this role will face the internal client and manage the events through.
As this is a small team, its an all hands on deck attitude and external agencies are rarely used. Therefore, this role works directly with sourcing suppliers and researching venues to manning the logististics end to end.
Ideal candidates will come from a law firm or blue chip organisation, however, the client is also open to events agency experience if candidates have worked for similar clients from that perspective.
Candidates applying for the role need to be available immediately and looking for a per annum salary over the 6 month period.
