EVENT EXECUTIVE - REMOTE WORKING

6 MONTH CONTRACT - Full Remote Working

THE ROLE
Being one of the major players in the sector they have been asked to deliver the fast roll out of a very large training event program for a wide range of health professionals.

Working with venues across the UK they will organise and manage the initial setup and ongoing delivery of the events.

As Event Executive you would have responsibility for managing the delegate registration of the events, including:

- Sending our invitations
- Answering delegate queries
- Reporting on numbers attending
- Liaising with the venue and on site teams
- Liaising with the client

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate should have experience working on live events or similar, must have good IT skills and be able to write and communicate well.

This is a fully remote roll and all IT equipment will be provided.
