THE ROLE

They are now seeking a Project Manager to join their team, after continuous new briefs and pitch wins. This role will take advantage of a range of your skills from ideation input right through to on-site management.

* Responding to client requirements - both new and existing clients
* Taking the brief from client
* Being part of the initial pitch meeting
* Technical specification
* Site visits and venue liaison
* Interpretation of CAD drawings
* Supplier selection and management
* Working with in-house teams (technical, event, creative, print, digital)
* Booking and scheduling freelance crew
* Costing and budget management
* On-site support and management including rig and de-rig when necessary

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have production experience gained within an agency or AV company and a proven background of managing production for events including conferences, exhibitions and experiential projects.

Candidates must have a strong technical understanding and a good knowledge of health and safely and licencing regulations. Experience of using Vector Works and AutoCAD would be beneficial as would the ability to interpret CAD drawings.
