Renowned for delivering industry related live, virtual and hybrid events such as panel discussions, conferences and webinars for an international audience, this organisation are now looking to grow their events team with an Event Manager.

THE ROLE

As an Event Manager, you will be responsible a programme of 30-40 events and duties will include:
  • Delivering events from start to finish
  • Producing details proposals
  • Managing event budgets
  • Souring and securing venues
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Communicating with speakers
  • Registering attendees
  • Sending out event invites
  • Preparing delegate packs
  • Being on site to oversee the event
  • Post event evaluation


THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an events related role, delivering events from start to finish. You will be a strong team player and will be exceptionally organised. A can do attitude is required along with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Working as part of a team, you will strong at giving clear delegations to team members in advance, and coordinating their efforts during events.
