SENIOR EVENT OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE - CONFERENCE ORGANISER

THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Events Operations Executive to deliver and manage the portfolio of events, from concept through to delivery. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the events and conferences are delivered effectively, efficiently and within the budget set. This role would involve international travel to events and conferences.

This is a broad role that includes:

* Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
* Ensuring all events are delivered effectively, efficiently and within budget
* Budget management and tracking
* Producing proposals for conferences
* Venue sourcing
* Sourcing and managing suppliers
* Sponsor management
* Post event analysis
* Managing travel schedules
* On site event management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within a conference organiser, association or similar event environment at an executive level. The role calls for a confident individual who has good event management experience and is a competent communicator.
