With in-house services including creative, design and production they deliver a range of projects across brand strategy and design including exhibitions, branded environments and event technology through to live events and experiential marketing campaigns. Working across a range of sectors including automotive, media and technology to name a few they work on a truly global basis, delivering projects across the UK, Europe and further afield.
Working within their offices, which are commutable from Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Middlesex, you will be given the chance to work within a creative environment, within a friendly, close-knit and sociable team.
THE ROLE
As part of their ongoing success and growth there is now the opportunity for a Production Manager to help specify, procure and manage the delivery of all production and technical services for event and exhibition projects.
Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, this is a broad role which includes:
- Providing production, technical & commercial input and advice to pitch teams
- Determining the most appropriate production solutions
- Provide support on material and equipment specifications as needed.
- Supplier sourcing, vetting, negotiations and management
- Working with the Project Manager to create project timelines, on site schedules, transport schedules and cash flow forecasts.
- Work with the Project Manager to produce detailed and accurate project budgets
- Overseeing the creation and amends for design concepts, technical drawings and graphic specification documents
- On-site management of contractors during the build and dismantle phases.
- Provide on-site support to clients during show days when required.
- Provide support and advice to junior team members.
- Creating, maintaining and managing the H&S plan for projects, including induction of all staff and suppliers and reporting during build, live and dismantle phases.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing and delivering exhibition projects, within an agency. You will need a solid understand of scenic manufacturing processes and technical production best practice for events & exhibitions is essential. Candidates must client facing and used to working with internal production teams. You must be open to international travel, have an appetite for progression and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment for a fast growing creative agency.
