12 MONTH+ MATERNITY CONTRACT - A unique opportunity to join this thriving London venue that host a mix of exciting events!


This multi-purpose London based venue plays host to over 140 large scale events per year, ranging from meetings and corporate functions to weddings, TV productions and banquets. The venue has over 8 event spaces that can cater to a wide variety of events and party sizes. Your offices would be the beautiful Grade II listed historic venue, joining a close knit events team that love to push creativity in all that they deliver.

As a Assistant Venue Hire Manager you would be responsible for increasing externals hires of the event spaces and managing events logistically for end to end. Main duties include:
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries
  • Sending out quotes
  • Conducting site visits as required
  • Planning & delivering assigned events
  • Raising contracts and invoices
  • Managing supporting administration and H&S
  • Sourcing and managing external suppliers
  • Overseeing the set up and break down
  • Providing client support throughout the process
  • Developing new business opportunities and attending networking events
  • Promoting the venue
  • On site event management


The ideal candidate will have solid experience working within an event venue team or similar, with a brilliant sales record and a history of coordinating various events with corporate and individual clients. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organisational skills.
