Hybrid Working

The Account Executive will be expected to take responsibility for elements of the planning activity, coordinating suppliers/contacts, organising logistics and delivering key tasks throughout the life cycle of the event.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Event Planning: Providing day-to-day support for the client and production team including but not limited to project research, image sourcing, venue sourcing, pitch creation, note taking and communications for meetings and attending/ contacting clients where required.
  • Event Delivery: logistical and operational delivery of the event, from catering booking to delegate management and ordering branding - you will have a chance to learn it all through practice
  • Onsite support: including but not limited to international travel, venue liaison, delegate registration, production and crew logistics support.
  • Supplier Sourcing and Liaison: Source and manage supplier relationships.
  • Negotiating to ensure the best quality and cost
  • Office support: Assisting in the management of inbound calls and office visitors, including meeting set ups as well as general office admin.
  • Contribute to agency culture: Research for monthly newsletter, keeping up to date with the latest events, formats and technology trends.

Development Opportunities

This role offers a perfect opportunity to develop a wide range of creative and technical skills in the live and virtual event environment. Further development into content, account management and production are an option. 

About you

A background in events is desirable but not essential and we’d love to hear your previous experiences with all things live

Role requirements

  • Organised with sound planning and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and project components simultaneously
  • Ability to manage relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Ability to be customer facing & work well with clients
  • Possess an adaptable and proactive approach to work, with flexibility to travel and work outside of standard office hours to meet the business needs
  • Possess a high degree of initiative and a creative problem solver
  • Strong written and communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as a team player to collectively meet targets and deadlines
  • Self-motivated individual and dedicated to achieving tasks
