PROJECT MANAGER - EVENT PRODUCTION

THE ROLE

Due to business growth they are seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team.

Working as part of a vibrant collaborative team, delivering innovative, creative, technical projects for a variety of prestigious clients.

Key duties will include:

Being the first point of contact for clients
Taking and interpreting technical briefs
Briefing and liaising with internal technical teams and Production Managers
Preparing and presenting proposals to clients
Managing project P & L's
Conducting client meetings and site visits
Overseeing technical installations on site
Maintaining and building excellent client relationships

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar technical role within an AV Supplier or full service agency. You will be experienced in overseeing technical delivery of live, hybrid and virtual events with the ability to work well under pressure managing projects from brief to completion.

Knowledge of London venues will be beneficial
