A rapidly expanding, full-service agency with a friendly and passionate team, complete with an exciting client roster, are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager (Events) to take the reins on one of their biggest clients.

With services including creative event design, event management, AV production, content design and production, across live, as well as hybrid and virtual events, you will be joining a small but ever-growing team of dedicated, fun loving professionals. The role will involve taking control and owning each event all the way from pre-event, through to delivery, ensuring excellent communication and client satisfaction throughout, as well as taking appropriate feedback, so that lessons can be learned and applied to improve future events.

You will be leading on the planning and delivery of a range of live and virtual events and will be expected to develop strong relationships with both clients and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of all events.

Responsibilities include:

Client and account management
Relationship building
Taking and interpreting briefs
Logistics management
Working with clients to understand what they are trying to achieve from the event
Creating proposals and pitching for business
Client management and communication including managing expectations
Managing the delivery of virtual / hybrid and live events
Working closely with internal teams (including content and production) and external suppliers
Working with the production team on technical and delivery of the live or virtual event
Managing multiple events and clients concurrently
Budget management


The ideal candidate will have experience gained at an event agency. You will need to have excellent time, resource and stakeholder management skills. This role requires excellent attention to detail, communication skills and a confident and outgoing personality. Attendance at both live and virtual events will be expected to ensure successful event delivery. Candidates should ideally have had experience with virtual / hybrid events and be comfortable with technology.
