SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Working across a range of unusually complex and technology savvy events and installations this exciting agency works with some of the worlds biggest brands. With their own in house creative, onsite workshop and team of production specialists they work directly with end clients as well as agencies, taking each project from concept through to on site delivery and build.

THE ROLE

As they continue to build their team, this agency are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a range of build projects. Responsibilities will include:

-Leading build projects from end to end
-Taking and interpreting a client brief
-Overseeing project schedules and deadlines
-Developing proposals and potential event solutions in line with the brief
-Advising clients on materials and finishing methods
-Working closely with internal departments including warehouse and workshop
-Coordinating supplier management
-Driving health & safety for each project
-Managing onsite installations
-Managing project budgets and reconciliation

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates experienced in the project management of large scale event builds either within experiential, exhibition or stage set projects. You will have the ability to confidently advise clients on creative concepts and feasibility of solutions from a production perspective. Candidates must be able to hit the ground running and be comfortable in managing client relationships as well as large scale projects.
