SENIOR/EVENT MANAGER

A rapidly expanding, full-service agency with a friendly and passionate team, complete with an exciting client roster, are seeking an experienced Event Manager/Senior Event Manager to join the team working across a range of clients and events. Events range across conferences, product launches, gala dinners and award ceremonies within a variety of different sectors. Priding themselves on delivering high quality events with exceptional service they work with an extensive list of blue chip clients.

With services including creative event design, event management, AV production, content design and production, across live, as well as hybrid and virtual events, you will be joining a small but ever-growing team of dedicated, fun loving professionals. THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and exciting new business wins there is now a great opportunity for an Event Manager or Senior Event Manager to join their close-knit team and work on a broad range of events across the year!

Responsibilities will include:

Ownership on the planning and delivery of a number of high profile events
Ensuring excellent communication with clients
Creating event timelines and schedules
Supporting junior team members
Building strong relationships with suppliers
Using various event software
Venue finding
Proposal writing
Delegate management
Budget management
Virtual event management
On site delivery
Taking post event feedback

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience gained at an event agency. You will need to have excellent time, resource and stakeholder management skills. This role requires excellent attention to detail, communication skills and a confident and outgoing personality. Attendance at both live and virtual events will be expected to ensure successful event delivery. Candidates should ideally have had experience with virtual / hybrid events and be comfortable with technology.
