THE ROLE

The company are now looking for a Proposal Writer to join the team

Duties will include:

• Fully dissecting the client brief
• Translating this into tender-winning responses
• Defining the core roles required to support the tender
• Managing deadlines
• Understanding the tender deliverables
• Identifying areas in client briefs which require further information
• Setting timelines
• Collaborating with and coordinating the key contributors allocated to a tender
• Setting/managing a pitch budget to avoid overspend
• Attending resourcing, kick-off and pitch meetings to support pitch process
• Supporting in the development of our tender strategy
• Developing presentations to support client pitch meetings
• Responsibility and accountability for key sections of the tender response

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience writing detailed proposals and copy writing, essentially from an events background but this is not a requirement. You will be used to working to tight deadlines will strive to understand client briefs, objectives and visions, translating this into tender-winning responses.
