ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - EXHIBITONS

THE COMPANY

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join a fantastic full service exhibition design & build agency in the North West.

As the UKs fastest growing full service exhibition design and build agency, our client provides innovative and custom design and installation services to a broad variety of clients. Working with both exhibition organisers and event agencies, they boast an 85,000 sq. foot warehouse allowing them to provide all services under one roof. With a team comprised of experts within the industry, they deliver projects to the highest possible standard whilst also offering the best value to their clients.

THE ROLE

This fantastic company are now looking for an Account Director to come on board to lead and develop a portfolio of existing business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing specific accounts from the company's portfolio
• Using existing contacts to generate new business
• Converting any new leads
• Operating as the lead point of contact for accounts
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Overseeing customer account management
• Negotiating contracts and agreements
• Dealing with client queries
• Liaising with cross-functional internal teams
• Engaging in project management duties where relevant

THE CANDIDATE

Candidate must have proven experience of working in an exhibitions / event management environment and have excellent verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to continuously prioritise and work effectively under pressure. This role will suit someone who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail and is passionate about delivering an excellent service.
