THE ROLE

Due to ongoing business growth we are now seeking an experienced Account Manager to join this dynamic team. As an Account Manager on a dedicated account you will maintain and grow existing relationships with the client as well as pro-actively seeking and creating new opportunities.

Managing the full-service line of projects including live events, virtual events, digital projects, film and video projects, design and campaign projects including full end-to-end planning and communication and you will get involved in:

• Overseeing project
• Being part of the initial briefing team with creative department
• Preparing and pitching full proposals
• Central point of client contact throughout the project
• Full budget management and reconciliation
• Creating the project plan
• Overseeing the design process (presentations, print / set design etc.)
• Liaison with production, design and logistics teams
• Supplier selection and management
• On site management at all events

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within an agency based environment, have excellent rapport building, active listening and communication skills as well as a passion for customer service, delivery and attention to detail!

If you have managed an established events portfolio within an agency, have international experience along with flair, creativity and relationship building skills then we need you!
