THE COMPANY

Our client are a global brand experience agency with in-house strategy, creative, digital, event services, production, technical production and sponsorship! As a business they create and deliver solutions for the audiences, brand and stakeholders, meeting client's business goals in the most effective way - both in-person and digitally.

Working with a range of clients they produce anything from product launches, experiential activations, conferences, incentive programmes, exhibitions, VIP experiences, activations as well as content creation, brand films and digital experience.

Well established in the industry, this agency are renowned for creating worldwide immersive brand experiences, offering a full list of in-house services. The dedicated teams work hard to ensure their events are just as unique as the last.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced account manager to join the client services team!

THE ROLE

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for supporting and managing client relationships, expectations, and development. You will oversee a portfolio of assigned clients and support the development of business proposals as well as identifying future opportunities working with account leads.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the team in maintaining and developing client accounts and business opportunities Proactively act as the main point of contact
    Working with Account Directors, build and own strong relationships with clients
    Drive flow of activities and teams to ensure proposals for events are commercially viable
    Working closely with colleagues to develop timely and accurate budgets and solutions against briefs
    Own and proactively manage event budgets
    Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify and secure resource requirements for events
    Act as the "clients" representative at events, proactively own and problem solve issue and liaise with colleagues and suppliers to resolve any concerns
    Seek to continuously improve the client relationship through analysis
    Create and manage internal budget documents, resourcing processes and support the client services team


THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have client servicing / account management experience from within an agency and ideally have an events delivery background previously.
