What’s in a name?
Or a job title?
To some people, a huge amount.
To others, not a lot.
It’s why I’ve struggled to write this advert as the job title is right but it’s so much more than that.
If you’re looking to take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, check.
Leading client meetings, stakeholder convos and supplier liaison, check.
Getting knee deep in the creative fun stuff, check.
Developing relationships to trusted advisor, check.
Hunting out opportunities and identifying ways to grow revenue, check.
It’s all check, check, check.
But here’s the thing, usually an SAD reports into a CSD or the like who shows/tells you what to do.
You run things your way as you’ve got the ear of the MD who wants you to not only have autonomy, but also full accountability.
It means your immense background in all things clients services will be fully utilised.
You’ll be able to implement all those ideas you have yet no one wants to listen where you are.
Your passion for the why and how rather than just the what, can finally flourish as eyes are on you.
Seriously, it’s all here, hence the meaty salary and responsibility.
This 25 headcount £8m t/o agency work fully remote and specialise in live events, film and creative internal communications.
They all get together regularly to share ideas and gossip, but it’s on a need to do basis rather than must do.
They need you to pick up the ball, run with it but most importantly, go in the direction you think is right.
