EVENT MANAGER

THE COMPANY

With a close knit and dedicated team and an established and loyal client base this agency specialise in a broad range of corporate events such as conferences, product launches and gala dinners with a large focus on the automotive sector. With wide ranging budgets and events varying in size from 50 -2000 pax, you are sure to be joining an agency where everyone works together and are rewarded for their hard work and commitment.

THE ROLE

This agency are now looking for an Event Manager to join their team, working across a vast array of exciting events. Responsibilities of this position will include;

• Taking briefs from clients/ Account Directors
• Sourcing venues
• Creating proposals
• Negotiating costs ensuring they are in line with budgets
• Managing delegate logistics including booking travel and accommodation
• Liaising with external suppliers
• Adhering to health and safety/ risk assessment requirements
• Reconciling budgets
• Being onsite to continue the management of the event

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will come from an events background with experience of managing events end to end within an agency capacity (although other backgrounds will be considered). This role would also suit someone who is looking to step up into an Event Manager role with strong end to end experience. Candidates must have strong event logistics and supplier management experience along with delegate management experience.
