THE ROLE

The exciting company are currently looking for an Event Coordinator to join their fun-loving team and support in delivering their events across the UK and internationally.

The roles responsibilities are broad and includes;

* Responding to enquiries in a timely manner
* Managing events end to end
* Sourcing and managing suppliers
* Building strong relationships with clients
* Booking flight and travel for delegates
* Liaising with venues
* Delegate registration and management
* Booking accommodation internationally
* Logistical management
* On site management and international travel

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have experience within a hotel or event orientated agency. Most importantly the successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exciting events and eager to progress within the agency.
