This multifaceted organisation own, manage and operate a varied portfolio of venues and event space predominately located across London. Combining corporate venues, rooftop terraces and luxury event space through to vast industrial space with a capacity of 6,000 - their portfolio is truly diverse and offers the perfect setting for every kind of event from conferences, dinners, and corporate projects through to high profile private events and ground breaking brand focused events such as product launches, fashion shows and experiential activations. They work with an enviable client base including the likes of Nike, Netflix, Dior and Facebook and are on track to activate 10 new venues in the next 12 months!

With in-house marketing and creative teams; this forward thinking organisation has everything it needs to deliver some of the most interesting and varied projects you will come across. They have a rapidly expanding team due to ongoing growth and are looking for an experience Venue Operations Manager to join a key large-scale venue within their portfolio.


As Venue Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading the delivery of all of your allocated events. Your role will cover all types of client and event projects so variation is huge! Key responsibilities will include:

-Acting as venue manager for all allocated events
-Developing relationships with key clients
-Managing all administrative duties in relation to your events
-Working closely with internal teams including sales
-Handling health & safety and licensing requirements
-Organising staffing and service requirements including security, crew, cleaning, etc.
-Leading site visits and planning meetings
-Organising all external supplier requirements
-Producing event brief sheets and pre-event checklists
-Holding accountability for financial management of your events
-Overseeing the operational delivery during event day


The ideal candidate will have experience working within an operational, event delivery role ideally from a large scale venue environment. Any experience working across creative brand activation, product launch and filming type events would be of huge added benefit. Candidates must have experience of managing their own projects from initial phases through to onsite delivery.
