London / flexible working: An incredible opportunity to join a leading London based production agency delivering a diverse portfolio of event projects.
THE COMPANY
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well renowned production agency that operate across some of London's largest and most popular venues - delivering some of the most creative and complex experiential events, conferences, product launches, fashion shows and concerts.
Due to on-going success, they are now on the lookout for a talented Production Manager to join their team. Not only does this role offer fantastic scope for progression and brilliant benefits to match, it also will provide you with the chance to deliver a variation of projects, where no two days are ever the same!
THE ROLE
As Production Manager you will lead across the full event production, working closely with internal teams and clients. A broad role responsibilities will include:
-Attending client meetings and discussing requirements and initial brief taking
-Producing quotes and supporting drawings where required
-Managing production scheduling
-Being responsible for all technical event production across a range of events
-Leading the production process from concept through to delivery
-Working with internal teams including Event Managers and Technical teams
-Overseeing the set up / installation of projects
-Onsite management including assisting with rigging and de-rigging of events
-Managing budgets from initial pitch through to final reconciliation
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates need to be confident client facing and have a broad knowledge and experience across event production - candidates with either a technical bias or event build/structure bias will be considered however knowledge across both would be of most benefit. Knowledge of AutoCAD is beneficial, as are strong communication skills. Agency and large scale venue backgrounds would be preferred however candidates from other backgrounds will also be considered.
