EVENT PRODUCER - AGENCY

London/Remote - This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Producer to join a dynamic agency with 20 years' experience and new clients coming on board every month.

THE ROLE

As Event Producer you will oversee the delivery of a variety of projects covering live events, special projects, exhibitions and virtual events.

Responsibilities include:

-Driving a project team to deliver on time, on brief and on budget
-Acting as the key point of client contact throughout including onsite
-Leading the pitch timeline and pitching process
-Preparing timelines and scope of works
-Collaborating with the creative team to develop the creative vision of the project
-Guarding the creative idea throughout project delivery
-Working with the client to develop content and agenda where required
-Leading client meetings at various touch points throughout pre-production
-Collaborating with and managing internal resource across departments
-Overseeing general project delivery including logistics
-Managing external supplier coordination
-Holding budget ownership
-Overseeing project implementation through production team onsite

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates who have proven experience of delivering large scale live and virtual projects from an agency environment. Candidates working in an Event Project Manager or an Event Producer role will be considered providing they have strong budget management skills and the ability to pull together an event through coordination across various departments including Production.

Live specialises in all disciplines (and at all levels) across events, experiential and exhibitions.
