BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - EVENTS

Hybrid Working - A unique opportunity to take on a pivotal role for a brand experience agency working with fantastic blue chip clients.

Creating memorable experiences and pushing the boundaries of physical and digital events, they are creative, innovative and flawless in their delivery. From press launches to VIP experiences, world class congresses to global expos, this agency deliver everything from creative strategy through to production and project management.

THE ROLE

Now at an exciting stage in their development they are now looking for an experienced BDM to come on board and help develop business across the agency, identifying new opportunities and bringing new clients on board. A broad role responsibilities include:

Proactively generating new business leads in the UK and internationally
Identifying new opportunities
Actively developing business from new clients
Developing business from existing clients within other divisions
Developing RFP's and proposals
Working with internal teams and the wider business
Building long lasting relationships
Networking at events and trade shows
Monitoring media and trade press for potential opportunities

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in seeking out and winning business ideally gained from working within an event or live experience agency environment. Candidates need to have a solid understanding of the events market and have experience of creating written proposals. Candidates must have strengths in developing relationships and identifying opportunities, as well as pitching for business.
