With offices in both London and Hampshire, our client is expanding across its services and now are seeking an Event Project Manager to join their current M&E event team, working from either office.
Due to ongoing successes they are now seeking a Project Executive to join this close knit team and support across the planning and delivering world-class live meetings and events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the logistics on a range of events
- Meeting project critical deadlines
- Communicating, maintaining & developing client relationships
- Managing operational & administrative functions
- Proactively reporting on project timelines & activities
- Managing supplier relationships
- Working closely with internal teams
Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within a conference organiser, association or similar event environment at a junior level - this could include volunteer work or placement years. The role calls for a confident individual who is a competent communicator.
