Yes of course, you’ll get to play with all of this agency’s global clients.
Oversee anything from multimillion exhibition designs to brand experiences with a good old dollop of conference thrown in to mix things up.
You’ll also be leading a 20+ creative team, helping them, guiding them and being there for them.
Plus, you’ll be reporting directly to a founder who believes creativity is key.
Basically, you’ll be in control of the output of the entire creative department and with that comes a sh*t tonne of responsibility.
Hence the salary.
This 60 headcount £30m t/o agency took a whack in the pandemic, but holy cow have they come out fighting.
They’ve got so much work coming at them due to their reputation and are in the process of realigning the SLT, hence this role is pivotal to the success of this shuffling.
