EVENT PROJECT MANAGER - AGENCY

THE ROLE

The company are now looking to hire a Project Manager to work across all areas of event delivery.

Duties will include:

• Delivering and planning a number of conferences and incentives
• Managing and reconciling budgets
• Taking client briefs
• Creating detailed proposals
• Building strong client relationships
• Liaising with suppliers
• Managing delegates
• Sourcing venues
• Negotiating rates
• Ability to multi task and manage multiple projects at one time
• Travelling internationally to continue event management onsite
• Experience of virtual events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have circa 3 years' experience in the events industry with a willingness to travel globally. You will have a natural ability to multitask across projects and be comfortable with meeting clients face to face and virtually. To be successful for the role you will have strong communication skills with the ability to influence others. Basic UK and worldwide destination knowledge would be advantageous. Being able to use your own initiative is important when it comes to joining this small team!
