The Commercial Events Team manage a range of private hire events throughout the year, from high end large production Fashion shows to large charity fundraising Galas. Our client has been lucky enough to work with a range of world renowned, sector leading clients.

The Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Events Manager & Planner to support the management, planning, delivery and execution of their events hire programme. The post will act as a central point of contact for event clients and production teams, and manage up to 30 events per year following contract to live event.

About you:

Our client expects you to have at least 2 years’ professional experience in event management, ideally within an entertainment venue or within the commercial events sector, as well as a good working knowledge of the live events industry. But possibly even more important will be your attention to detail, fantastic communication and time management skills, and your calm and creative approach to solving problems. A good understanding of reviewing RAMS and managing room booking systems is also desirable.
