THE ROLE

They are now looking for a Senior Production Manager to play a key role working across all clubs, executing world-class events. Duties will include:
  • End-to-end management of key event moments and installations across the clubs
  • Working alongside the Creative Director to bring to life highly complex and detailed visions
  • Leading the production process from concept through to delivery
  • Managing the technical design process with creativity in mind
  • Guiding on solutions and advising on suitable AV kit
  • Creating detailed budgets and productions
  • Taking ownership of key process documentation
  • Managing budgets & timelines
  • Overseeing the set up and installation of projects onsite
  • Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements
  • Propose innovative event ideas increasing engagement, social responsibility and loyalty
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure set-up for events is run smoothly
  • Attending events to ensure smooth running
  • Communicating with suppliers
  • Mentoring junior staff on larger projects


THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have event management and production/project skills, preferably from within the luxury retail, events or a private members clubs. You will have experience managing multiple events, across multiple sites at one time. A high level of multitasking and exceptional organisational skills are key for this role and you will have the ability to work across an extensive portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of complex productions of varying scope and scale.
