VIRTUAL PROJECT MANAGER - EVENTS

Due to continued success and growth, they are now looking for a Virtual Project Manager to join their exciting team!

THE ROLE

As Virtual Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of their portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities include:

-Acting as a key contact for clients throughout each project
-Taking the lead on the pre-event planning process
-Managing project timelines and budgets
-Working closely with the wider team to ensure efficient event delivery
-Briefing and managing event platforms to ensure requirements are met
-Guiding resource requirements across the am
-Delivering technical rehearsals with speakers and coordinating them on the day
-Location and onsite management on the day
-Supporting with health & safety precautions

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates who have proven experience in the delivery of virtual events and/or live streaming projects. Specific experience working with virtual event platforms would be very beneficial, as would any background in showcalling. Candidates must be confident working in a client facing capacity and have the ability to manage a project from creation phases through to completion.
