THE ROLE

As Senior Bid Manager you will play a key role within the Strategy and Pitch team leading proposal preparation and pitch delivery for major tenders. Responsibilities will include:

-Managing the overall project delivery of a tender
-Interrogating the client brief and objectives
-Developing a strategic response to each brief
-Defining tender deliverables, timelines and setting budgets
-Leading resource to support the pitch process
-Pulling together key colleagues from internal departments
-Supporting in the development of the agency tender strategy and process
-Mentoring junior team members

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates with extensive agency experience across live events. Experience working in a similar role with an exclusive focus on bid or pitch management would be beneficial however candidates who have been working in a wider event delivery or event producer position with demonstrable and senior level pitching experience will also be considered. Candidates must be highly organised with a strategic mind and the ability to guide a project team.
