We are looking for Project Coordinator to work with a lovely integrated agency based in Richmond, SW London. You can expect to work on exciting activations for some great brands!
What you’ll do:
- Accurately respond to briefs and request given to you by your project team.
- Prepare agendas, attend client meetings and write contact reports.
- Compile post event reports with a focus on data.
- Support with event staff bookings and management including screening staff, devising rotas, briefing & sourcing uniforms and booking accommodation.
- Play an active support role at live events.
