ACCOUNT / PROJECT DIRECTOR

THE ROLE

Due to continued business wins and business growth they are now looking for an experienced individual to come on board and take a leading role in the management of clients and internal teams. Responsibilities will include:

• High level strategic account management
• Proposal creation and pitch
• Ensuring event delivery across the board
• Working closely with internal teams
• Leading on larger more complex events
• Supplier management, selection and negotiation
• Maintaining positive working relationships with suppliers and freelancers
• Budget management and reconciliation
• Team management and development

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a solid background of event delivery, ideally gained from working within an agency environment (although other backgrounds will be considered). Strong client and account management skills are essential and previous experience of managing and developing a team is highly desirable.
Exposure to a broad range of events would be highly beneficial and any exposure of working in the automotive sector and / or with high end luxury clients would be an added benefit!
