EVENT MANAGER - EXPERIENTIAL AGENCY

3 days home working offered - This vibrant, boutique agency are seeking an Event Manager to join their team and take the lead on a range of exciting experiential events!

THE COMPANY

This agency are a small, personal and diverse business who offer a unique service to their impressive clients, working exclusively on experiential events for young, fun and relevant brands and audiences. As a small team, they offer a bespoke, 360 service with touches only an agency of this size can deliver! From flagship store openings to influencer trips through to product launches and collaborations, this agency offers delivers an impressive array of ideas and truly creative concepts for some big name brands in the retail sector!

THE ROLE

As an Event Manager you will deliver exciting experiential events and activations from end to end, working directly with clients and having free rein for creative input.

This is a vast and varies role that includes responsibilities such as:

• Brainstorming and implementing creative event plans and concepts
• The ability to create full and engaging pitching documents/presentations
• Handling budgeting and invoicing
• Liaising and negotiating with a range of suppliers
• Handling end to end event logistics
• Weekly updating to senior management
• Managing our company's social accounts
• Obtaining licensing and permits if required for events
• Basic level of event Health & Safety documentation
• Handling post-event reports & accounts reconciliation

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must come from a creative events background, with history in delivering a range of events from end to end including full logistics and budget management. Any experience of working with brands, experiential activations and creative events is a huge bonus!
