THE COMPANY

This company are a specialist in their field, working with both private clients and charities.

Working across the UK and Europe, they deliver bespoke outdoor sporting events providing a full service from the initial briefing call through to execution. As an agency, they will consult and advise clients throughout the process, ensuring all elements are planned and delivered to a very high standard.

With a fantastic reputation, many of their clients are typically repeat business or recommendations from existing business', with a busy portfolio of upcoming projects!

As part of this ongoing success there is now an opportunity for a driven Event Coordinator to join their close knit team and help support on all events!

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and development we are now seeking an experience Event Coordinator to work with the existing team and support across all elements including administrative support, taking client briefs and managing logistics.

You will be working closely with the MD and Head of Events and will gain exposure to the whole process of the event - it is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is looking to make a career in events and wants to join an agency who will offer guidance and support!
  • Client brief taking
  • Putting together proposals and pitching to client
  • Liaising with internal and teams - production, creative, digital etc.
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Managing the client relationship throughout
  • Budget management

  • Client / account management


THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and outdoor events teamed with a great personality and is high motivated to work as both a self-starter and as part of a team, supporting on and delivering events.
