Renowned for delivering industry related events for both members and non-members such as conferences, graduation ceremonies, seminars and webinars, this organisation are now looking to grow their events team with an Event Executive!
You will work on all elements of running an event, so this is a great place to hone your skills and learn new ways of working!
This is a broad role with wide ranging responsibilities, including;
- Supporting the Events Team in the coordination and delivery of a range of key events
Venue sourcing and liaison
Delegate registration and management
Working closely with internal teams
Management and negotiation with suppliers
Recording income and expenditure relating to events
Health & safety management
Onsite event support and management
The ideal candidate should have experience of delivering a range of events (face to face and online) end to end and have fantastic attention to detail.
Candidates will also need to be organised, have excellent communication skills and be used to managing multiple projects with certain timescales.
