On track for their biggest year to date and with continued growth across both new and existing clients they are now looking to grow with the addition of a Production Executive. Supporting their Executive Producer to successfully delivery of a wide variety of live events this is a broad role with responsibilities including:
- Supporting the Executive Producer across the board on a range of events
- Venue researching and management
- Attending production meetings
- Logistics support including booking travel, flights and accommodation for crew
- Management of crew
- Seeking permission for the use of copyrighted materials, both film and music
- Creative input into show content - PPT / Video / Animation
- Supporting with schedules
- Supporting onsite when required
Candidates should ideally have proven experience within the events space, ideally gained from working within a production / project assistant role. Candidates must have strong organisational and communications skills and any exposure to working with internal teams or external suppliers would be an added benefit. Graduates with theoretical experience that are looking to apply this knowledge in a practical setting will also be considered.
More importantly however is someone with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the events and production space and someone that wants to develop and progress their career within the international events industry with a fast moving, flexible and respected events business is key!
