As Client Services & Account Director you will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team whilst also heading up a number of key client accounts. Responsibilities include:
Client management and account growth
Managing annual client budgets overseeing all financial activity
Ownership of projects at a strategic level
Providing strategic direction to the team
Representing the company at client presentations
Line management and team development
International travel as required
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of working at a senior level within an agency based client services role. Team management experience is key as is the ability to guide on processes and resourcing across a busy team. We are also looking for high level experience of managing and developing key client accounts. A passion and experience in experiential events is a must.
