EVENT MANAGER

THE ROLE

The company are now looking for a Project Manager to come on board to join their leading events team. Responsibilities are broad and include:

• End to end event management including managing full logistics
• Managing all aspects of delegate communications
• Working closely with internal teams
• Supplier management and liaison
• Liaising with clients and managing relationships
• Supporting the Project Director in developing and mentoring Project Executives
• Managing events onsite including briefing and overseeing teams
• Managing and communicating project timelines

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must be experienced in end-to-end event management and be able to maintain and develop client relationships. The ability to manage delegate and supplier communications are essential. Event agency experience would be advantageous, but other backgrounds will be considered.
