A unique opportunity to manage the delivery of a broad variety of events within a unique venue in Central London!

THE ROLE
There is now an exciting opportunity for a Senior Event Coordinator to join the team and work across the full portfolio of events. Responsibilities will include:
* Taking incoming enquiries and managing client relationships
* Proposal generation and show arounds
* Preparing contracts
* Organising all event logistics, resources and equipment
* Working closely with internal departments
* Contracting and liaising with external suppliers
* Creating final details and event schedules
* Overseeing the delivery of the event on the day
* Managing finances and invoicing
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have experience working within a venue environment ideally with a focus towards operations and event delivery however any sales or client management experience would also be beneficial. Ideally candidates will have managed the delivery of a broad variety events including weddings and corporate meetings/conferences. We are seeking candidates who are positive and open minded individuals with a keenness to work within a close knit team.
