EVENT MANAGER - PRIVATE VENUE

THE ROLE

They are now looking for an Event Manager to effectively manage and sell the private dining spaces across the group of venues.

Duties will include:

• Responding effectively to all customer/client enquiries
• Managing and coordinating of all events from enquiry to completion
• Ensuring effective enquiry management to achieve conversion targets
• Preparing all relevant event documentation
• Generating contracts
• Liaising with the client to create accurate and complete proposal documents
• Effective diary management to enable timely follow up of enquiries
• Identifying potential business development opportunities
• Maintaining strong relationships with other team members
• Maximising revenue and optimise occupancy of the private space
• Up-selling and offering enhancements to create a better overall event
• Following up on client feedback after the event
• Knowledge of each site's operations and how they work
• Preparing weekly sales report for the directors and forecasting
• Adhering to all standards, policies, and procedures

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have proven event management experience, preferably within the luxury retail and events sector, or within a private members club. You will have a high level of experience multitasking and exceptional organisational skills. This role will be perfect for someone who has the ability to manage multiple events, across multiple sites at one time.
