THE ROLE

A fantastic position has now become available for a Project Executive to be responsible for supporting on the delivery of events. With new clients coming on board and established accounts ever-growing this is an opportunity not to be missed!

This is a broad role that includes:

• Conducting research for the production of events and proposals
• Venue sourcing and recommendation
• Assisting in solution design and ideas generation
• Compiling proposals and project budgets
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Delivering against financial and service targets
• Delivering projects from brief, through detailed planning to reconciliation
• Effectively communicating with clients, partners and suppliers
• Managing third party relationships and project teams, including on-site
• Consistently exceeding expectations of clients and colleagues
• Developing effective relationships with clients and partners
• Providing marketing support to help drive new business opportunities
• Attending live events, industry events and undertaking training opportunities as required

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within a creative event agency or similar. This role could cater to someone stepping into the position following a small amount of event experience or someone with 1-2 years' experience in event management.

Salary will be based on your level of experience, with generous team bonus and individual commission opportunities.
