Senior Production Manager

The role will see you working closely with the producers and creative team delivering an array of events and exhibitions within the EMEA region. With key involvement in: pitches, proposals, tenders, client meetings and feasibility investigation.

If you're an *AGENCY EXPERIENCED* Technical Production Manager then you already know what you need to do! But here’s an overview just in case...

• Carrying out technical site visits – providing site visit reports
• Briefing: suppliers, venues, site manager, production managers, show callers, CAD drafters/visualizers/creatives (both fulltime & freelance)
• Tracks and manages production timelines on active event programs; creates and manages budgets, supplier invoice/expense tracking and final reconciliation. Develop and track project schedules, agendas and show flows as needed. Drives timeline with team and client as directed.
• Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of all technical disciplines, including; sound, Trucking logistics, crewing, power, lighting, rigging, video/data, set/stage/scenic construction

• Monitor services & activities to ensure they are within budget
• Create production budgets and timelines associated with assigned proposals. Monitor costs and resource allocation to ensure they are within budget.

You can work from home 3-4 days per week in this role and travel to their central London office on the other days! Easy peasy!!
