THE ROLE

 

Due to continued business wins and the growth of existing accounts they are now looking for an Event Producer to come on board and work across their diverse portfolio of projects!

 

A broad role responsibilities include:

 

•          Working across a range of live, hybrid and virtual projects

•          Client and account management

•          Ideation and inputting creative ideas into projects and proposals

•          Overseeing the creative process including event design, graphic production and 3D design

•          Preparing  client, supplier and crew briefing documents

•          Creating and communicating project timelines

•          Collaborating with and managing internal resource across departments

•          Working with Production Managers to coordinate technical and production requirements

•          Preparing the run of shows and technical running orders

•          Managing external supplier coordination

•          Ensuring H&S across events

•          Budget management

 

THE CANDIDATE

 

Candidates need to be confident client facing and have a broad knowledge and experience across a range of events. Agency experience is preferred but more importantly candidates must have strong budget management skills and a proven ability to pull together an event through coordination across various departments including Production. Any exposure to video conferencing platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams would be an added benefit but equally important is someone with a naturally creative mind, team orientated approach and the ambition to join a leading agency!
