Senior Project Manager - Events

The opportunity to join a leading corporate events organisation who operate in a wide variety of sectors across the globe.

Working with clients within the retail, sport and oil & gas sector to name a few, this company takes pride in supplying an exceptional service.

With office in the UK and overseas, they are able to have a global reach when it comes to the businesses they partner with and are continuing to see some big growth plans in 2022.

THE ROLE

This company are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team with duties including:

•          Develop the team to be able to build on timelines needed to meet with the event/booking

•          Deliver a quality service experience that is both consistent and dependable

•          Manage and support multiple client events including all aspects of Event Management

•          Effectively plan and manage client projects and deliver to the client’s specification

•          Negotiation and management of suppliers

•          Share best practise with internal and external suppliers

•          Achieve targeted financial results whilst delivering high quality events

•          Working with the Account Manager to demonstrate savings on client meeting spend

•          Attend client meetings

•          Ensure client feedback is seen as an opportunity to improve

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have events experience and will need to be well organised, work well under pressure and have the ability to adhere to tight deadlines. You will have proven experience of managing multiple projects at one time and will be very client facing. In hand you will be joining a fantastic company with the chance to extend your events experience.
